MEET VICKY SKIN SPECIALIST & WELLNESS ADVISOR
Hello, my name is Vicky Groves and I’m the founder of Beauty & Holistics with Vicky. I’m a proud mum of two and have lived in Holmes Chapel since 2004.
At the age of 50, after many years working in secondary schools, I decided to take a leap and completely retrain in a field I had always felt drawn to — holistic health and beauty. My journey began with Reiki and crystal healing, and very quickly my clients encouraged me to expand into massage therapies. From there, my passion grew, and I trained in a wide range of treatments including facials, waxing, brows, and lashes.
I began offering holistic therapies at the NELCO main salon here in Holmes Chapel. As the team expanded, I was fortunate to move into a larger, quieter, and more private room just around the corner on London Road. This gave me the extra space I needed to provide my treatments in a calm and more personalised environment, while still being part of the close-knit NELCO team.
Over the years I have continued to grow and invest in my skills. I now specialise in skin health and anti-ageing therapies including microneedling, skin peels, dermaplaning, radio frequency, hydrodermabrasion, and LED. I also offer lymphatic drainage massage, pregnancy massage, and holistic treatments such as Reiki and crystal balancing. My greatest joy is supporting clients with sensitive or compromised skin and helping them regain confidence in how they look and feel.
In 2024, my work expanded beyond the treatment room. I wanted to find a trusted supplement to support my clients more holistically, as so many were struggling with issues such as fibromyalgia, menopause, chronic fatigue, brain fog, poor skin health, or fertility challenges. My research led me to Zinzino, a preventative health company offering test-based nutrition. Their approach aligns perfectly with my philosophy: to treat each client from the inside out.
