Lady having HIFU facial

New Treatment Launching 2nd February: HIFU Facial

I am excited to introduce HIFU an advanced, non-surgical facial designed to lift, firm and rejuvenate the skin from deep within.

Why is HIFU such a game-changer?

  • Targets the deeper layers of the skin where collagen is formed

  • Helps improve firmness, jawline definition & skin laxity

  • Results continue to improve over weeks and months

  • No needles, no downtime, no surgery

HIFU is ideal if your skin is starting to feel less firm, looks tired, or you want a more lifted appearance, all while keeping things natural.

Is Fibre the New Protein?

What the Latest BBC Health Article Reveals About Gut Health

For years, protein has dominated the health and wellness conversation from gym culture to weight loss plans and packaged foods proudly displaying “high protein” labels.

But a recent BBC News health article asks an important question: Is fibre the next nutrient finally getting the attention it deserves?

215...

As a self-employed business, appointment time genuinely matters. Between January and December 2025, the total number of cancelled and no-show appointments came to 215, not including appointments that were rescheduled but couldn’t be refilled. Even when notice is given, short-notice gaps are often very difficult to fill.

I also offer a limited number of Saturday appointments, which are the hardest slots to rebook if cancelled. When I open Saturdays, it’s a conscious choice to support clients who can’t attend during the week.

Your ongoing support truly means a lot.
