I work with many clients who have achieved incredible weight loss, either through surgery or with the help of weight-loss injections. The commitment and results are often amazing, and it’s always something to be proud of.
However, what I also see very regularly are the side effects that can follow rapid or significant weight loss.
Clients often tell me that their skin:
Looks dull or tired
Has lost its glow and elasticity
Feels less firm or full than before
Alongside this, many report feeling:
More tired or flat in energy
Less interested in food
Concerned that they may not be getting enough essential nutrients
And these concerns are valid.

When Less Food Means Less Nutrition
In an ideal world, we would get everything our body needs from food alone. But when appetite is reduced, whether due to surgery, injections, or major lifestyle changes, it can be difficult to consume enough essential fatty acids, vitamins, and nutrients consistently.
This is especially important because essential fatty acids, such as omega-3 and omega-6, play a key role in:
Skin health and elasticity
Energy levels
Inflammation balance
Overall cellular health
How I Support My Clients
This is where I step in to support the body from the inside out.
I offer a simple fingerprint blood test, which is:
Analysed independently
A blind test (the lab has no personal details)
Focused on essential fatty acid status
The results show:
Your omega-3 and omega-6 balance
Whether your body is getting what it needs at a cellular level
This allows us to make informed, personalised decisions, rather than guessing or taking supplements blindly.
Targeted Support, Not Guesswork
Based on the results, I can guide clients on what support their body may benefit from. The supplements I work with are:
Made from food-based ingredients
Approved by Informed Sport
Created by a Scandinavian preventative health company
Backed by over 1.5 million blood tests worldwide
This test-based approach means we’re supporting the body intelligently, especially during times of big change.
A Supportive, Balanced Approach
Weight loss can be life-changing, but it’s not just about the number on the scale. Skin health, energy, and long-term wellbeing matter too.
My role is to support the body afterwards, helping clients feel well nourished, and confident again.
If you’ve lost weight and feel your skin, energy, or overall vitality isn’t quite where you want it to be, there may be more going on beneath the surface and that’s something we can explore together.
